EARLY PHASE (Phase I-IIa)

ACLIRES core specialty and activity is in the conduct of Phase I/ II and Proof of concept studies.

We involve the pharmacologist at the same time as the therapeutic expert, to find the most effective way to bring the drug into patients. We can offer integrated designs and with carefully designed Phase II trials, pave the way to save costs in late phase projects.

ACLIRES offers a dedicated, fully equipped, GCP compliant Research Unit, located in a hospital environment to perform early stage studies, from first-in-man to proof-of-concept. The Siriraj Hospital is the largest teaching hospital in Thailand with full coverage of all therapeutic areas. Via our unique co-operation agreement with the Hospital, ACLIRES has access to a large network of experts. Our highly trained team are able to manage complex PK/PD schedules for Phase I or Phase II and are used to recruiting special patient populations for early Phase II or POC studies.
